With the Intenseatfit nutrition program I have learned that a well-balanced nutrition is more important than training every day and spending a lot of money getting the latest and greatest sports gear.
I started the Intenseatfit program because my doctor was concerned with my high levels of cholesterol, to the point, he wanted me to start taking medication, but I did not want to go that route, specially since I did not understand how I had that problem since I have always been an active person, I run, cycle, lift weights, etc. and have always been careful with the food I eat. But it was obvious something was not working, even my doctor thought it was odd I was having high cholesterol problems with my lifestyle, so he was thinking maybe it was something genetic.
So, I decide to search for help from a nutritional point of view and this is how I found Gaby and Intenseatfit. I know Gaby from my university years, we were part of the universityā€™s cycling club. I know she has always been very passionate about exercising and nutrition. This is what inspired me to get in contact with her and know more about the program.Ā This was the best decision I have taken for my health.
With the Intenseatfit nutrition program I have learned that a well-balanced nutrition is more important than training every day and spending a lot of money getting the latest and greatest sports gear. When I eat properly, I lose inches in my waist. I lose and keep off weight. But more important, I have more energy to perform well in all aspects of my life. I sleep more easily and peacefully, and I have noticed my thoughts are more positive and my mind is sharper.
I also noticed that my relationship with food is better. When I prepare my foods from scratch and do not rely on quick fix meals, I find ways to be more creative in the kitchen. Even though it can sometimes be more of a hassle to cook food from scratch, it was worth it for me, especially when I would notice how good my body felt.
Thanks, Intenseafit!
