Gaby has helped me over the last 6 months achieve my goal of becoming an Ironman.
Prior to meeting Gaby I was finding that I was becoming increasingly tired and run down after my long training sessions. I decided that maybe I needed some help before my training load increased.
The IntenseEatFit advert popped up on my Facebook feed and I got in touch to see what Gaby could offer. Gaby clearly outlined my options and I chose to go ahead with the Personal Best Program. This gave me frequent face to face meetings with Gaby and a detailed, individually tailored, food plan to work alongside my training.
During our sessions Gaby listened to my successes and my concerns and changed the program to suit my needs for upcoming sessions. Leading up to the race we worked on carb loading and tailoring my nutrition throughout the race, with this we worked out what worked and what didn't so that on race day I was set on exactly what nutrition I needed and at what times.
I believe that the carb loading and nutrition advice I had been following in the lead up weeks had prepared my body for race day, and got me through to the finish line.
I cannot recommend Gaby enough for giving nutrition advice to assist others through their fitness goals.
